The view of the Shipwatch pool complex (the best in Wild Dunes), the beach observation tower, and the mighty Atlantic are unforgettable sights! Shipwatch also enjoys one of the widest beaches on the Island. The interior of 309 B Shipwatch is just as wonderful as the views. Professionally decorated and designed, the living area provides the perfect oasis after a day in the sun, sand, and surf. The kitchen is smartly designed featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tile flooring. Each bedroom features a king bed and a private bath, making them perfect for two couples or a small family. The bathrooms have been upgraded and are simply wonderful. The living area provides additional bedding with a sleeper sofa. Shipwatch at Wild Dunes is a terrific condominium community and one of the best maintained at the Resort. The most desirable amenity at Shipwatch is the swimming complex. Featuring one of the largest pools on the island, a children’s pool and travertine tile surface, the Shipwatch swimming complex is fantastic. Other features offered at Shipwatch include a beach gazebo with an observation deck, complimentary Wi-Fi service, manicured lawns, and one of only two playgrounds featured within Wild Dunes. The Shipwatch condo complex is a wonderful location in Wild Dunes. Our unit 309B was very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. The room provides a wonderful view of the pool and beach. Electronics are up to day. We will return to Isle of Palm some day and attempt to stay at Shipwatch again. ##### Frank S. This was our first trip to Isle of Palms, but we already plan to revisit as soon as possible! The location of the property is perfect for a family with kids. It’s right on the bike path which made it super easy to ride with the kids. Landscaping was beautiful and the view from the balcony was gorgeous! We all loved the pool, which was never crowded, and the pathway to the beach was nice. The kids enjoyed the swings and would stop every time to swing for a bit on our walk to the beach. The condo was decorated nicely with modern kitchen appliances and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and wifi worked great! To top it all off, the condo was exceptionally clean!! The cleanliness made it so much more comfortable than some places we have stayed in the past. We will definitely return to Isle of Palms and hope to stay in 309B Shipwatch when we do!! ##### Olivia G. Shipwatch has a lovely pool but the property is just showing its age. Older appliances, especially washer and dryer. Nice outdoor furniture on patio. Main bathroom and appliances are new, but cupboards and furniture are old. Some are falling apart. Plates and cutlery are new. Had some issue with the fridge not working but AvantStay took great care of us. Pool is great. Access to beach is close. We had lots of rain and had to walk thru lots of ankle deep water which was stale and smelly with lots of mosquitoes to get to the beach. It dried out after a few days and access to the beach was more pleasant. Missed access to a gas or coal BBQ grill. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ##### Torsten S. The location was perfect and the home was beautiful. The check in and out process was seamless and the home was equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Condo was very clean. Kitchen was stocked with anything you might need to cook. We loved the two king size beds. So often that is hard to find and my son in law is 6'4" .
