You will enjoy the privacy of a gated community, so parking and relaxation at the private community pool are never a challenge. Finally the interior of “Ocean Palms” will keep you dreaming about more time at the beach. Beautifully decorated with hardwood floors you and your family will be delighted with comfortable bedrooms and a living area with oceanfront views. The kitchen features granite surfaces, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for four. Each bedroom of “Ocean Palms” has plenty of room to stretch out for a dreamy nap, with the master bedroom boasting oceanfront views. Another great feature of this home is that each bedroom has a private bath.

*Home Truths:*
- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Ocean Palms pool is unheated and is open April 1 – October 31 from 8:00 AM to dusk. The pool deck, which features a community grill, is open in the off season.
- Only gas-powered golf carts/LSVs are allowed at this complex due to the lack of outdoor electrical outlets.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- This home is on the third floor. Guests will take the elevator, and once inside, the entire unit is all on one level.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
