Be prepared to be pampered because this beautiful home has anticipated your every expectation. Featuring four bedrooms and four full baths, 138 Grand Pavilion is perfectly located just off the Boardwalk of the Grand Pavilion, the heart of the Wild Dunes Community. When you walk out your front door, you'll have a big decision to make. Turn left and less than a hundred yards away is the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and a shell hunter's paradise beckons. Along the way, you can stop for lunch at the oceanfront cafe serving classic beach fare or pop into the Ice Cream Store for a cool treat. If shell hunting or body surfing is not your thing then you may want to rent a beach chair and read that book you've been trying to get to while enjoying a cocktail from the oceanfront bar. A nice float in one of the twin oceanfront pools as the sun goes down is another favorite activity in Grand Pavilion. 138 Grand Pavilion sets the standard for beach vacation comfort and fun. Recently the amenities have been unavailable unless you rent with a specific company. In the past there were more options and availability. Bedrooms were large with their own bathrooms which we loved. The living area was perfect for 7 women and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved being so close to the beach. Very close walk to the beach and the pools. With young children, it was easy to get to the beach, the pool, and nearby food. The check-in process was not as easy as we imagined, since our bucket of information wasn't left at the property, but the property manager provided us with the wifi password and our information packet the next morning. We had everything that we needed. The only issues with the property were broken glass window in the MBR, and the carpet on the stairs was in need of cleaning or replacing. Making the reservation, checking-in, and delivery & pick-up of beach gear all went very smoothly. We would enjoy staying in this unit again. ##### Andrew R. Definitely needs some better lighting in the bathrooms and a separate switch for the bathroom fans. Horribly annoying. Other than that everything was great. I would probably arrange the tv over the mantel and move the sectional away from the windows and French doors. Would allow the other foot to open and let more natural light in. The beds are soooooo comfortable and plenty of room! Be prepared to walk some stairs. I was on the top floor and by the end of the day, my watch said I’d walked 19 flights! We utilized the rental credit and was glad I brought my wagon to haul the 8 chairs and 2 umbrellas to the beach. We ended up having 2 people on crutches. With all those stairs and the fact that it wasn’t very handicap accessible to get to the pool area was challenging, but we managed. Overall, I was very pleased! ##### Cindy E.
