Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Front Desk Team! ​My stay at Rauza Hotel was wonderful, largely thanks to the exceptional reception staff. They are incredibly well-trained and truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Their professional attitude, paired with genuine politeness and clear communication, made a lasting impression. ​I especially want to extend a warm thank you to Shohjahon and Salohiddin at the front office desk, their outstanding service and attentiveness directly convinced me to prolong my stay and book an extra night. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tashkent!

Breakfast menu was good. To make it even better would be nice to add more milk products , carbonated water and fresh lemon slices. Gym room doesn't have attendance person always nobody there to help and safety check. Room cleaning perfect. Staff 99% friendly and very helpful.

Room was a great size. Not the boxes you get in Europe or UK in this star category. Clean and good bathroom, kettle, fridge and TV ready for YouTube, Netflix when back in room. Easy to get yandex go ( uber) taxi to reach centre of town in 15 minutes. Didn't have breakfast but did have a wonderful cappuccino. Perfect for a short stay in Tashkent.
