"I would not recommend this property, especially for tourists or families. The location is extremely isolated it sits on top of a very high cliff, and once you’re in the area there are no taxis or easy transport options. If you’re travelling with children, it’s particularly inconvenient. There are only two small supermarkets nearby, neither of which accept card payments, and there are no ATMs in the vicinity the nearest one is over 20 minutes away. While the local residents were friendly and...

Mondial Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Great overall experience truly good hotel"

mk | resort tirana

8/10 Good

"The room was pleasant and clean with a comfortable bed and great shower. I received an email ahead of time encouraging me to check in via WhatsApp. I was dismayed to discover that it used an AI bot to do this. The virtual check-in didn’t work and I was much happier to check in at the front desk with a real person instead, who was very courteous and helped us arrange our airport shuttle. Very off-putting and disappointing that the hotel would outsource front-of-house services to AI when their human staff are so friendly and helpful."

Granda Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is a great place to relax, with a convenient location close to the food court, local markets, and many other amenities. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for both relaxing and exploring the surrounding area. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay. I would be happy to stay here again!"

Ebel Boutique Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room had a great view of the city with a huge private terrace. The buffet style breakfast was wonderful with many breakfast options. The room was clean with lots of storage space for my clothing and suitcases. I had to leave early for a flight to return home and they even packed a meal to go box for us! The staff went above and beyond. I’d highly recommend this hotel and would stay again on my next trip to Tirana."
