Limited hot water
Service was fantastic. Since we were going to a wedding, we asked for an iron and an ironing board upon arrival, and got them in no time. The day after, we wanted to eat breakfast and, although it was way too late for breakfast, the receptionist let us have breakfast. Kudos to him for his excellent service. On the negative side, we were not able to shower since hot water supply was LIMITED : never ever seen this in any hotel

Great location except for the fact that it's not in downtown Grenoble. That's okay though as it's a short drive away or alternatively the nearest tram stop is literally across yhe road. Rooms are tidy and decently sized. We had a great stay here!

Needs a whole lot more
There were multiple things wrong with this hotel. 1. We were told there was no need to reserve a car space - when checking in there were no spaces left (we got there at 3pm so not late) and we had to park a distance away in a public parking lot that we later found out is not generally safe! 2. When booking I asked for a non-smoking room - when entering the room (even in the hall outside the room) the whole place stank of cigarettes. We went back to reception and explained the situation and were simply told that it is a non-smoking property and they can't help if people still smoke in their rooms. They also refused to move us to another room. We spent each night with the windows wide open to be able to sleep but this meant we could hear everything outside all night. 3. Internet - only cable internet is available in the rooms. Wifi only available downstairs in reception. Cable connection in the wall was loose and did not always work. For an aparthotel this place probably passes the bare minimum - bathroom, bed, air conditioning, small kitchenette, laundry downstairs. If you want to see Grenoble, don't stay here, stay closer into town as this is at the university end of town and too far to walk in (particularly in the rain as happened to us!) If you're passing through this will probably do - close to supermarket and petrol station and not far from the highway.

A good place to stay
Good clean hotel with very competent and friendly staff. Well located for the tram and the walk from the hotel to the tram is perfectly fine, but we had some concerns about wandering too far in the area where the hotel is located. Good internet link (via cable). Secure underground car parking.

Wotrst hotel I have ever been to. I stayed one night and left. You have to pay extra for basic neccesities such as a towel, soap, tv etc

Excellent Place...BORING Location
First off, I have to say that the hotel staff is phenomenal. They are very helpful, and especially one guy who I did not get his name. Definitely a comedian, and spoke English quite well. Secondly, the rooms are superb, small kitchenettes, decent bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Although the hotel does not have wifi, if you bring a computer they have free ethernet connections. The hotel is excellent, and it was a real treat to do some laundry! The location is terrible, it's nearby a ton of big box stores with nothing worthwhile in them. It's pretty far outside of town, but if you have a car, it's perfect. The underground secure parking was ideal. If you're traveling by backpack, don't stay here, if you've hired a car...I highly suggest it!

Je déconseille fortement
Chambres austères, prix pour un animal plus cher que ce qu'il y a d'inscrit sur les sites de réservation, des personnes logées par des associations qui sont bruyantes et irrespectueuses, aucune place de stationnement hormis un parking payant 5€ de 19h à 9h puis 3€ de l'heure. J'en ai eu pour 11€ de parking. Très mauvaise expérience dû à l'impossibilité de réserver au B&B de Grenoble Alpexpo. Un grand regret d'avoir réservé dans cet hôtel. Ne faites pas la même erreur que moi. Pour ce prix j'aurais eu une vraie prestation d'hôtel non celle d'un hôtel social.

Idéal pour court séjour !
Un peu déçu du confort de la chambre, matelas fatigué, trouver une fiole de shampoing utilisé dans la douche avec des cheveux. Parking payant avec une entrée difficile à trouver surtout de nuit. J'ai du faire une boucle pour me garer finalement sur le parking payant aussi de Bricorama derrière l'hôtel. Sinon chambre spacieuse.
