There aren't enough positive words to describe Kelly the owner. It is so rare to find a true hostess these days, but Kelly invites you with her warm personality and she genuinely lets you know you are more than just a booking to her. It rained during our visit so I found myself baking, Kelly even lent a Pyrex dish to make a fresh peach cobbler. I needed this trip deeply, as I heal from loosing my mother and my husband an I were celebrating our 24th anniversary. Sit yourself on the front porch, look at the slow rolling fog at daybreak, feel your tensions melt away. Cuddle up with a blanket or a book and listen, you will hear such amazing bird songs at twilight. It’s a little over half an hour from the gorge and we always enjoy eating at the Mexican restaurant when in Irvine. There's a small grocery store in town but if you want a bigger selection, I'd recommend going to the Kroger in Richmond. It was perfect! Kelly was a wonderful hostess, and the house was even nicer than pictured. So many thoughtful amenities were provided. It was only 15 minutes away from the venue, too, so it was super convenient. We’ll definitely stay here again next year! ##### Karrie J.
