"Every employee at this hotel goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. They are knowledgeable of the area, restaurants, things to do and see, etc. They greet you upon entry and make sure to see how you are doing and even your kiddos. Will definitely stay again when we return to the city. Oh, including the cleaning staff! "

"The breakfast staff are AMAZING!! I had the manger at check in and she was also nice. Another time at the desk I needed a key because we all forgot to grab one- also happened to be the day of checkout- and she was angry. I said I needed a key to get my stuff. She said very aggressively “well you have to check out today” yes ma’am I know that’s why I need a key. Anyways the pool was also nice my kids loved it and it was so warm. The tree could be updated. Only drips water from one side. The room was clean the bed was COMFORTABLE!! And I mean it. Overall it was good and we would stay again if we were in the area."

"Everything was great except for getting a noise complaint for laughing too loud while playing a board game at 8:00 at night. I can understand if it was 10:00 p.m. during "quiet time". That was a bit over the top I thought. Otherwise very good stay."
