Unfortunately, our second stay was very disappointing. We didn’t have enough towels, and after water spilled on our bedding, we were unable to get clean bedding despite asking. We were told that housekeeping was available at the time of night. Having to sleep with wet bedding or no bedding was unacceptable. We had a much better experience during our first stay, so this was especially disappointing. We expected better service and attention to basic guest needs.

Friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered in NOLA. Hotel was well maintained. Carpet was dirty, but can be expected in the French Quarter. I would return.
