I made confirmed reservations through Expedia for two rooms at this hotel back in March. But I arrived at the hotel after 9-hours of driving only to find that the hotel could not locate a confirmed reservation for me. They said that they only had one room available so could not accommodate us, and made no other effort to find an alternate solution or hotel for us. Was very disappointed in their poor level of customer service, and would not recommend this hotel.

We had done booking through your platform and made payment as well but next day morning we received call from them saying that they are sold out and they will shift our booking to other hotel where they had book cheaper rooms. I had to argue for almost half an hour at midnight at 12 as manager was not available on phone to get similar catagory of rooms which we had paid for. Also today i had to give them proof of payment to prove how much I had paid. Eventually i received their message saying OK and Sorry for Disturbance. Hotel reception guy claims that if any online booking is done, at reception they have got no access to know that there is a booking.
