First and most importantly the location is amazing. The beach and access was perfect. We had bonfires each night and it was amazing. Now the not so great. Our room had an old shirt in it when we got there and there was a fair amount of sand on the floor. The dishes and limited supplies in the studio were a little sketch. We didn’t mind the sand, it’s on a beach, we can understand that. The shirt is a shirt, whatever. We cleaned the kitchen items as needed and we moved on. The place just felt a little lived in and less than the clean I’d expect if I’m being honest. The dirty shirt from a previous patron hung on the back of the bathroom fire speaks to this. It’s also worth mentioning that the WiFi for us was nonexistent. I went the entire stay trying to connect for a moment or two before it dropped. Had to stand in the parking lot to do essential planning and checks. Something to consider when you need to know directions, durations, weather, routine trip things... But the beach was stunning and made it worth the stay. The staff was kind. And to be fair we didn’t raise any qualms with them while we were there. It was just a few things that made the trip feel less luxurious than it could have been - which is a shame
