Very clean. The only thing that bothered me were the blinds that would not come down all the way. ##### Paul D. Stayed 12 nights in Apr 2022 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Safeena 4 Feb 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication I arrived for check in - pubic hair in bathroom bin, dirty tea towel with strains, kettle had months of limescale, all sinks had mould and limescale all over tap, shower filthy and unusable (4 night stay), fridge had thick rim of brown dirt all at the bottom, tables all had layers of dirt over them, bedroom dusty and dirty, etc etc. I took pictures, sent them to host via email and called many times for help. Silence from host for whole stay. I’ve asked for full refund and compensation - no reply. Had to leave a night early - filthy, disgusting and unhygienic. Zero comms from host with regard to any complaint I’ve raised. I’ve had automatic notification emails and nothing else. This, after working 12/14 hour shifts at local hospital. Horrified and very upset. Had to walk in local area in dark as solo female to get cleaning products myself to disinfect the property. The breakers were fine and the rest of the building had power. Multiple calls to My Property Host went to an answering service and no appearance by the location manager. No lights, no cooking, no hot water and no shower. Slept in a dark apartment that night (it got too late to find a hotel. Two calls on Sunday got no response from a manager. Moved out a day early to a hotel. (We let the clerk who answered know we were leaving and wanted a manager to call us.). Radio silence (phone/email) since from My Property Host concerning our request for two nights’ refund. I guess electricity and hot water are not part of the rental agreement. Again, if My Property Host is the manager of the apartment avoid it at all costs. ##### Kenneth E.
