I must mention some of the wonderful staff here - Ali, Ram, Chetan, Kin, Simon, Apple, Siva, Rubini and Livesh, who all make this place special. Kin was a class above the others as he took the time to explain each dish, and was always open to feedback. Ram and Chetan were just wondeful conversationalists and so very pleasant.
