"The internet was too slow. We couldn't use the ROKU tv because of a "network error". Paying that much for a room and the TV didn't work properly was disappointing."

We had an amazing stay at this property for our family reunion! It was perfect for our large group — plenty of space, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and lots of gathering areas for meals and hangouts. The beds were super comfy, and everything was clean and high-quality. The house was also accessible for Grandma, which made a big difference.
Visually, the place was really cool and fun — thoughtfully decorated and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better: just a 5-minute walk to the beach and right in the middle of everything we needed.
The hosts were fantastic. A couple of small issues came up, and they responded quickly and resolved them right away. We’re already planning to stay with them again — probably in this same property as a group, and maybe even in one of their nearby properties for smaller trips.

"The shampoo and conditioner packets were ridiculous. Charge 3 more per day and stock something decent. Couldn't locate the trash bins that were mentioned to be outside."
"Overall, we were able to enjoy our stay at this property. The cleanliness was very acceptable. However, the description incorrectly listed beds as being queens that were actually full(one upstairs, one downstairs). Also, one of the basement bed frames was broken which created a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. Additionally, no large trash bags were provided or dishwashing pods or detergent, even though those items were included in amenities in the listing. A broken ceiling fan in the living room made it impossible to turn on, and a leak under the sink spilled over on the last morning as we were cleaning up to go. Overall, I believe more care could be taken in prepping this property for guests. I will say that Cara was very accommodating to give us an extra night for free. Hopefully these problems will be fixed with our feedback. Working with Customer Service was easy and helpful."
