8.2/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
I called on the day off arrival advising of a late checkin due to my flight. The flight was delayed multiple times, so I called the hotel to let them know and they advised someone switched my double bed room with a sofa to a king with a sofa without notifying me and there was nothing they could do about it. I had to call around to find another hotel to with a double bed room and sofa bed. I founb another hotel for my family at midnight which was an additional 30 minutes away. Very unhappy with the customer service experience.
