"I know PEI is a small place and still developing, but that’s no excuse for management to cut corners. Our heater was broken, and even after asking to switch rooms, we still had to sleep in our jackets. The bathroom needs a major upgrade; your hotel is supposed to represent PEI."

"We had room 127, right beside the stairway on the second floor. It was spacious and clean with no unpleasant odour. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room was very crowded and it took awhile to replenish supplies while we were there. The door at the top of the stairs was very noisy each time it closed. I think someone must have propped it open after awhile because it didn't wake us during the night. The temperature was set to 54F when we got there and it took a few hours before we thawed out and were comfortable. Overall, we would recommend."

"This was one of the best surprises I ever had in all my days & years of travel. A main floor huge suite in an historic inn with glorious bay windows, an old original (I'm assuming) fireplace, a fully stocked kitchenette with coffee, dishes, glasses & kitchen linens. The bed was tucked into the bay window dorned with impeccably clean, high quality bedding. (Giving Historic inn meets contemporary hotel) The light from the windows in the day time magnificent. Did I mention table & chairs for dining? A large swirling leisure chair? Main floor with a view of Euston St?And all of this in the heart of historic Charlottetown? The check in was so easy Instructions made crystal clear. It couldn't have been easier. It was a perfect stay for a great rate!"
