- Leave your worries behind and retreat to Villa Anita! Relax in your own private pool, or unwind in the living room with a smart TV and free internet after a day in the sun. Both bedrooms come with their own private ensuite bathroom, giving everyone their own space to settle in.
The pool can be heated on request via an electric heat pump (additional charge). Please note: due to owner allergies, this home is strictly pet and smoke free.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.
Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.
