The host was accomodating and accessible...at first. When we arrived at the property, we found the hot tub liner was ripped which made using it a challenge...also we found several of the showers would not get cold and the heads on a couple showers would spray everywhere. Also, the heater behind the washer/dryer turned off and started blinking an error code. In the 5 days we had booked, we tried to contact the host four times but received no reply. We lit fires in the fireplace to keep warm , and all bundled in heavy blankets. We waren met 10 personen, en we hadden allemaal een eigen badkamer, voldoende handdoeken, lekker bed. Toen we binnen kwamen stond er een grote mand met wat lekkernijen en drinken en een flesje gin, super! Op 5 minuten lopen was een heerlijke bakker die al om 6 uur open was. Een klein supermarkt om de hoek van het huis. Het stadje inverness was ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Awide range of choices for breakfast and all freshly cooked. Comfortable room which was well appointed with tea and coffee available along with complimentary snacks and drinks available in the communal sitting room. Only negative point was the extremely small television, which could be rectified with very little cost to the management.
