Perfect Location! Just blocks from Liberty Park, Withlacoochie Bike Trail and Downtown!

This is the perfect cottage and location! Love the cottage and decor. It had everything that we wanted and needed. The location is perfect, within just a couple blocks is Liberty Park and the bike trail. Lots of downtown restaurants and bars also within just a couple of blocks. Neighbors were very friendly also. Can't say enough good things about house!

Very clean and great neighborhood. Felt very safe when I was by myself. Love that they had two sitting rooms with TVs. My husband and I don’t always watch the same TV shows. Would love to stay there next January

This is an awesome little cottage! Location is fantastic! Easy walking distance to all downtown Inverness has to offer. Your choice of restaurants, live entertainment, beautiful parks and of course the Rails to Trails bike trail. April is a wonderful host and quick to respond to any questions. This cozy little place was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, close to town and very close to the event we were attending, The Summer Festival at the Citrus Fairgrounds. We were there to see the Elvis Tribute Artist Show. Very clean, adorably decorated. Two sitting rooms with a TV. Front porch for enjoying Coffee or Tea and to enjoy a book. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home. Perfect location. Walking distance from the cutest town and beautiful park. April was kind and responsive. This home is stunning, has everything you need. Highly recommended. It was the perfect place for my short trip. The property manager was very good at communicating. The property was located centrally to everything and food delivery was available. The house was perfectly stocked with just about everything you could need. The master bed was amazingly comfortable. My absolute favorite part was there was a fan. As someone who sleeps with a fan on this was so helpful. Highly recommend

Perfect location

We had a great stay during a weekend festival. The house location is perfect to walk to Liberty Park and the bike trail. We even met the neighbors during a walk, and they were super friendly. The house was clean and actually seemed a bit bigger than the online photos. The air conditioner was nice and cold which we appreciated after being out in the heat all day. The master bed was pretty comfy and had nice pillows. The kitchen had a little of everything we needed, including an ice maker. Water pressure in the shower was good. We will be back for sure because you cannot beat the location to events going on at the park or to ride bikes on the trail or around downtown. Thank you so much!

We’ve stayed at many short-term rentals, and this one is the best so far. The location - near the bike trail, Liberty Park, and the Inverness square - can’t be beat. Restaurants, civic activities, and miles of cycling are all within a couple blocks of the cottage. The decor in the cottage is bright and cute, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable 10-day stay. April is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful. We had a small issue with the hot water, and she went above and beyond to get it fixed. We look forward to staying here again next time we’re in the area.
