This modern and spacious villa is perfect for those looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, it is just a short distance from restaurants, shopping, and attractions.  
  
Inside, this beautifully decorated villa offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms providing plenty of space for up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and the dining area is ideal for enjoying them with family and friends. The living room is the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a movie or book after a day of exploring.  
  
Step outside and you\`ll find a private swimming pool and hot tub, surrounded by a spacious patio and lounge chairs for soaking up the warm Florida sun. (There is an extra charge for heating of pool & hot tub)  
  
Whether you\`re looking for a relaxing vacation, a golf trip, or a fun-filled family getaway, this Vacation Villa has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Book now and come experience the best of Florida living!  
  
Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.   
You can park your car in the garage or on the drive way.   
No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation.   
  
The pool and jacuzzi can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $35 per day. Jacuzzi can be heated daily, pool heating is 2 night minimum.  
  
BBQ-Grill rental is available thru Property Management Office for $50 per stay.  
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.  
  
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.  
  
Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.  
  
Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.  
  
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.  
  
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
