This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The location, a short drive from downtown in the Purcell mountains is beautifully decorated, well set up with satellite tv, A/C, lots of room, comfortable beds and everything you could need in the kitchen. We have dealt with the host, Sean on this and another of his properties and he is outstanding. Any questions or concerns are dealt with promptly. The pictures are great, but don't do it justice. The property is super clean with an amazing kitchen including every appliance (loved the coffee grinder) and gadget you could dream up. All the linens and towels are high quality and the furnishings are all higher end. We loved the private deck to enjoy the surrounding nature, sunshine and bbq. This spot is quiet and picturesque, we walked our little dogs on nearby trails a few times a day. I needed strong Wifi to run a few virtual classes. Not only was there no issues, the property has a full work desk including a large monitor to hook up your laptop and go. The property manager is a great communicator with booking and check in/out super smooth. So nice to have a washer and dryer. They have all the little extra's you may forget, really thought of everything right down to the doggy dishes. We had a larger SUV so couldn't take advantage of the underground parking, but there was always parking available. You are just on the edge of town, so very convenient. It was perfect for my family. It is just far enough away that it’s quiet but not so far that you feel like you have to drive forever to get anywhere. The HVAC was a little finicky (not sure if it was just us or if it’s because it’s geothermal) but when we had questions about it, Sean was very quick to get back to us to try and help us out. Away from the busyness of summer in Invermere, nice outdoor space. Best equipped vacation rental we have EVER stayed in. There was some trouble with the heating and cooling of the unit, it never stayed consistent, HVAC person was in to fix it so hopefully it is all figured out. ##### Darcy P.
