Our son, wife and 2 little ones used the basement and the little ones could sleep without being disturbed. The short walk to the beach was good as we could come and go as we pleased. It’s a large well equipped house walking distance to the main beach as well as into town. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and plates etc. the only thing we did not like was the beds. They were not very comfortable. The listing also says blackout blinds but they are not. The master bedroom really only has privacy blinds. They do not block the sun.
