Summary: Welcome to our cozy resort style retreat tucked in between the Kootenay Mountains. Ski at Panorama and then dry off up by our fireplace while playing board games and drinking wine. Walk to the beach from our front door or take a quick drive to one of the many hot springs that surround our home. Our vacation rental combines the feeling of staying in a Beach side resort with staying in a Mountain cabin complete with hot tubs, a pool, gym, Disney+ and Netflix. This space was designed with the intention of being a Vacation Rental and everything in here is there for our guests to enjoy. The Neighborhood: This resort style complex is immediately beside the Lake near the beach. About a 20 minute drive to Panorama and about a 10 minute drive to Radium Hot Springs. Getting Around: Many things are within walking distance however there are two parking spaces included if you'd like to bring your vehicles. For more than 2 vehicles, there's also plenty of visitors parking. Other Things to Note: The SEASONAL CLOSURE of the pool and west (small) hot tub is scheduled to begin Monday, September 25, 2023\. Communal Amenities cannot be guaranteed as these are regulated outside of our control and are subject to close anytime without notice. Hot Tubs is open from 10:00am-10:00pm. Please be sure to put back the fob on the key rack after use. If LOST - a fine of $150 may incur \*We would like to inform our valued guests that we are not in direct control of the maintenance and operations of the pool and hot tub facilities. Easy access to the property with great parking. The unit itself is extremely clean and up-to-date. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a very good size for any length of stay. The only reason we gave four stars for location and area is that it is right beside the highway. There was definitely traffic noise but we didn’t find it disruptive.
