The beds were well used and average. The kitchen was well equipped with small appliances. It was off season so the pool wasn’t open, but the hot tub was great! ##### Michael K. Excellent for a family to stay. From a cleanliness perspective it could do with a deep clean...we were greeted with nail clippings on the coffee table and a bandaid wrapper on the floor of the bunk room. There are also dust bunnies behind the room doors and some of the utensils were not clean, looks like food baked on. Please deep clean, otherwise great. Also not sure if this gets publically posted, not trying to diss a nice enough property just facts...happy to chat further if needed. ##### Jennifer G. If you get a unit on the south side like this one, the views in the evening are outstanding. Unfortunately, this unit got off to a bad start with us. The cleanliness was terrible. We swept up 3 pans of dust and hair from the floors, there were visible foot prints on the hardwood, streaks of grease on the kitchen counters, dirty cutlery, other people's garbage in the laundry closet garbage and some pink goo in a fridge drawer we had to clean out with lysol wipes. While management offered to send cleaners again the next day, we needed to clean things up immediately ourselves to be comfortable on our first night and cleaners the next day was going to be very inconvenient. There was also a fair amount of disrepair around the unit, the vacuum didn't work, the towel rack in one bath room hanging by a thread, the large lamp in the living room being damaged at is base and very tippy, the lock on the sliding door of the room with the boat book shelf didn't work (I fixed), the mentioned book shelves being unsecured and tippy, a stool also in that room with a broken leg and propped up to look ok and the lint traps in the washer I had to clean out and looked like they hadn't been for ages.Comm's with the mgmt company I'm pretty sure were a bot as the responses seemed canned and insufficient even rude if they were a human. ##### Adrian B. We were a party of five - 2 seniors, 2 adults and a toddler. Climbing 4 flights of stairs to unload luggage etc and every time we returned to the condo became a real chore. The property has everything you need and is located next to the beach which you can walk to. Property owners responded very quickley to any questions. Also an easy walk to downtown. The unit had everything we were told it would, comfy beds/pillows nice towels and linens. The balcony's are tiny but so private and a great place for a morning coffee or after dinner drink. The pool and hot tubs also small and busy but everyone seemed to be having fun together and we preferred the lake anyway. I was pretty worried about the train and although it was loud the condo was so comfy and nice it wasn’t a big deal. Got used to it. Checking in and out very easy and communication great always. Just a few suggestions for the condo: -There was never a mention of the condo being right next to the railway tracks where many trains travel 24/7 - It would be so much better if the knife set was sharpened so you could use it - the large frying pan is so warped you can hardly use it -The Vileda mop smells so bad it’s nauseating and gross. Nothing like bleach to soak it in. Should be replaced. - The screen door and closet door in the bunk bed room were broken. As was the blender. We wrote a message when we first arrived on the tablet to notify whoever needed to know. No one called or came to see the problems. -Some of the facecloths were so dirty and smelled so bad we couldn’t use them. ##### Lorraine P.
