"Wonderful overnight stay. Our only suggestion would be tea/coffee inside the room. These facilities were available but a short walk across to a kitchen. /lounge area for all guests to use."

"Ideally located for hillwalking and exploring the Cairngorms Stayed in one of the Hilton Suites comprising a sitting area, kitchenette bedroom and bathroom- the kitchenette was well fitted out with all the utensils and amenities required. All the areas were very well proportioned and roomy. The bed was very comfortable and the suite very clean. A great place to stay"

"A wonderful location for exploring the local area. The host was very accommodating from the start of the booking process to check out. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and has pretty much everything you will need. Aviemore town is a short walk away and a great gastro pub just 5 minutes walk. Be aware that the 2nd bedroom is very small as is normal in this type of accommodation, we managed with 4 adults. There is no wifi on the site and the phone signal is very weak, I loved it, but some may find it stressful."

"Our family room was clean as was the bathroom. The dinner was great and we really enjoyed being served by the Australian young man (sorry I forgot your name). He was just amazing and made our trip a pleasure."

Macdonald Aviemore Hotel

"The 'Aviemore' hotel block is dated but despite this the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We used the pool with our kids however the water was very cold and we didn't stay long. The whole resort has plenty to offer and is good for a family stay but it could do with some areas being refreshed soon."
