Beautiful, comfortable, historical apartment house "Henry's Apartments", 3 storeys, built in 1908, renovated in 2022. In a central, quiet position in the residential district. For shared use: large, well-kept garden lawn and plants. Patio. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking (limited number of spaces). Supermarket 250 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Interlaken West, Bahnhof" 300 m, railway station "Interlaken West" 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.3 km, indoor swimming pool 1.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.5 km, sailing school 3.5 km, tennis 750 m, minigolf 1.6 km, skisport facilities 25 km, ice rink 700 m. Nearby attractions: Jungfraujoch, Schilthorn, Tell-Freilichtspiele, Ballenberg Openair Museum. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Grindelwald, Wengen 25 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee, Brienzersee. Please note: no lift. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, fully renovated in 2022, very comfortable and modern furnishings: open living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table and cable TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra). Shower/WC. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher.

This is a terrific choice for staying in Interlaken. The apartment is clean with a modern, up-to-date kitchen and bathroom. The location is superb: just a five minute walk from the train station (Interlaken West) and a large Migros grocery; just five to ten minute walks to a host of good restaurants and cafes in/near Interlaken’s Zentralplatz and in Unterseen. (We enjoyed Velo for coffee and daytime meals, Husi Bierhaus for dinner, Il Buongustaio for pizza, Spatz, and the Aarburg Cafe.) The neighborhood and the apartment building were very quiet. And having a washer and dryer were a big bonus for our multiday stay. We highly recommend Henry’s Apartment and will stay here again if we get the chance to return to Interlaken. (Which by the way, we found to be an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area including Schynige Platte, Harder Kulm, Thun, and more.)
