### Welcome to Dock Holiday!

Our beautiful recently renovated house is the perfect getaway or night’s rest! Relax & unwind in this cozy home. Huge fenced in back yard with brand new fishing dock! Bass, catfish, bowfin, gar, blue gill. Nearby boat ramps.  
Located on Clearwater Lake which is connected to Lake Grandin, the largest lake in Interlachen Florida! Amazing sunrises over the lake. Quiet nights. Bird watching. Kayaking. Salt Springs crystal clear snorkeling is only 30 minutes away! Outdoor patio, grill, & fire pit! Washer and dryer!   
Bedrooms: Master has queen size bed & private deck. The other bed room has a bunk bed with full size & twin size bed. Living rooms have a large & small couch. There is a HQ queen size inflatable mattress. Sleeps 5 with regular beds. 7 with  
 the HQ inflatable queen mattress. (8 if you consider the large sofa.) Other things to note  
We are located just 15 minutes from Palatka and 40 minutes from Gainesville

#### Perfect

The house was awesome. The property beautiful we absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. We visit this area every year for a family vacation around the Fourth of July and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The home was cozy and has the beautiful view of the lake behind it, and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful to the area.
