"Rustic and simple. Great view - they gave us a room in the A block which had a view of the mountains and trees. Saw rabbits eating grass outside the window. The lobby staff were friendly and provided recommendations for food and visiting the park. Quiet and comfortable bed. Close to Denali National Park and a good restaurant Black Diamond Grill."

"We had the most amazing time staying here and Jill and Scott were fabulous hosts. The house itself is a piece of history - beautifully restored in victorian splendor. We had a grand tour and were able to use the gorgeous lounge. Our room was super comfy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing! It was different every day and was really delicious. Our lovely hosts provided so many great suggestions for restaurants and fun things to do that it made our trip to Fairbanks so memorable...

"This was a wonderful stay! The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. One of the biggest things that can ruin a stay is an unpleasant smell — but not here! There was absolutely no bad odor anywhere in the hotel. Everything was so clean, it’s honestly hard to find anything to complain about! 😄 Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise — very diverse with options like omelets, crispy bacon, hash browns, toast, oatmeal etc. If I ever need to stay in this area again, I will definitely choose...

"This was a very decent place. Has a gym, pool and laundry room--nice perks. You also get breakfast included. It is located in a very quiet area with easy access to whichever direction you want to go. Staff very nice and helpful."
