 overlooks Intaka Island, a green lung at the centre of Century City's  
 hustle and bustle. Known for its abundance of wildlife and unparalleled  
 views of the breathtaking wetlands juxtaposed by its proximity to  
 warehouses and residential pockets. Just 12km from Cape Town city  
 centre and within walking distance of the country's third-largest  
 shopping centre, Canal Walk, littered with retail stores, boutiques,  
 eateries and cafes.  
  
The space  
  
 This modern apartment has modern contemporary design elements and  
 finishes that strike the right balance between elegance, style and  
 functionality making it the perfect living space for those travelling  
 for business or leisure. This 1 bedroom unit has an open plan layout  
 that boasts a fully equipped kitchen, leading onto a  
 living-cum-dining-area. The dining area has comfortable seating,  
 perfect for sharing a home-cooked meal while the living room opens out  
 onto a spacious balcony with unparalleled views of the Intaka  
 wetlands.  
 The bedroom features a comfortable double bed with ample cupboard
