Das Wellness Angebot mit Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool und Wellness-Dusche war wirklich top - und absolut privat. Von Pool und Whirlpool hat man einen schönen Blick über den Étang du Stock. "Die Wohnung wurde nach der Renovierung nicht gereinigt. Das Bad ist absolut veraltet und riecht, wahrscheinlich bedingt durch die Lüftung, die viele Apartments verbindet, nach altem Frittierfett. Auch das Zimmer hat trotz frischer Farbe ähnlich gerochen. Das Fenster kam einem beim Öffnen entgegen. Der Fernseher war nicht funktionstüchtig. Die Küchenzeile und das Geschirr waren fleckig und teilweise wirklich schmutzig. Der Hausgang war schmutzig und roch eklig. Überall waren Leisten oder andere...

"Manager left us waiting until 2am without a room as our. booking reference didn't work at the self check in terminal. We tried to call multiple times during the day to let them know that we will be checking in after 10pm, no response, same for multiple emails and messages via hotels.com. The emergency number at the reception was a waste of time, for 3 hours I was told they were trying to contact the hotel manager but they were unavailable. "
