Hotel nicely located in the hills. Room well-proportioned and comfortable. Restaurant food was good and service was first class. Only stayed one night but would serve as a useful base for those wishing to explore the Basque countryside.

The hotel is conveniently located above the intermodal, providing quick access to the bus terminal and associated parking. It's close to the San Mames stadium and there are a lot of food options within walking distance.
The room was clean and comfortable with proper air conditioning. The bathroom was also great, with a build in bidet for the toilet. Our room had a view of the city towards San Mames Stadium - beautiful!
I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so!
