"The Crystal had a staff person waiting for us at the train station, a great start to a nice visit. Francesco at the front desk took great care of us, providing several area recommendations, and helping us resolve some upcoming travel issues. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a nice variety of fresh options. We enjoyed our visit in St. Moritz and gladly recommend the Crystal to other travelers."
