great holiday between the seasons

Great place to be between the winter and summer season. Everything there you might need - great to be without wlan and TV, but with lots of games and a cosy environment. Kids were skiing, and adults were hiking.

Waldhaus Erdgeschoss

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt über die Weihnachtsfeiertage. Die Lage ist abgeschieden und ruhig, aber gut zu erreichen.Die Ergeschoss-Wohnung ist ausreichrnd groß und mit dem Kachelofen im Wohnbereich sehr gemütlich. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter und recht rustikal. Die Betten sind bequem und wir konnten wunderbar schlafen. Die umliegenden Orte und Loipen/ Abfahrtpisten sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.sind

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Lage war top. Man war direkt in der schönsten Natur, die Skilifte alle sehr nah. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich, der Kachelofen einfach toll. Wenn man mit 6 Personen dort wohnt, könnte noch ein zusätzlicher Sessel im Wohnzimmer von Vorteil sein.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

Die Kommunikation mit Richard lief völlig problemlos. Das Haus ist gut erreichbar und liegt wunderbar ruhig. Die untere Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles, was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir würden ohne jeden Zweifel nochmal wiederkommen.

Entspannung am Waldesrand

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in uriger Wohnung. Wenn man die Dusche nach Anleitung nutzt, gibt es keinerlei Probleme. Vollständige Küchenausstattung ist vorhanden. Im direkten Umfeld gibt es auch tolle Wanderwege. Wir kommen gerne wieder…

Das Waldhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet! Super für einen Urlaub mit Freunden oder Familie. Es ist auf der einen Seite sehr abgelegen, aber man ist in Kürze bei unzähligen Freizeitaktivitäten.

Unterkunft mitten in der Natur

Eine schöne rustikale Unterkunft in der Natur. Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Großer Esstisch mit angrenzenden Wohnzimmer und mittendrin ein Kamin welcher eine wohlige wärme gibt zum verweilen. Eine schöne große Terrasse welche zum großen Teil überdacht ist. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Absolut entspannendes langes Familienwochenende

Ankommen und sich vom ersten Moment an wohl fühlen...so ging es uns Allen. Das Waldhaus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen....warm, sehr gemütlich und viel Platz für unser "Großrudel" . Danke auch an unsere Vermieter, die Kommunikation war vom ersten Moment an entgegenkommend und zuverlässig. Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus mit zwei Wohnungen in toller, sehr ruhiger Lage. Gute Ausstattung, tolle große Terrasse, großer gemauerter Ofen, der in diesem kalten Sommer gute Dienste geleistet hat. Feuerstelle im Garten und viel Holz rund ums Haus, um alles zu befeuern. Die untere Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, allerdings nicht modern, sondern in der Küche und im Bad eher auf dem Stand der 70er. Das hat uns in der Küche gar nicht gestört, weil alles tadellos funktioniert und es an alte Zeiten bei Oma erinnerte (Spülmaschine vorhanden!). Auch im Bad mochte ich den "retro" Stil eigentlich, aber die Warmwasserinstallation ist wirklich modernisierungsbedürftig. Aus beiden Wasserhähnen (warm und kalt) kam häufig minutenlang heißes(!) Wasser, was Hände- und Gesichtwaschen oft unmöglich machte. Ich finde es ist auch eine ökologische Notwendigkeit diese Sache zu beheben. Man fühlt sich nicht gut dabei Energie und Wasser bei jeder Nutzung einfach so zu verschwenden. Die obere Wohnung im Haus ist deutlich moderner und auch sehr gemütlich, mit großem Südbalkon. Es hat gar nicht gestört, dass oben auch jemand gewohnt hat. Das Haus ist nicht hellhörig. Ansonsten waren die Vermieter total freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend.

Très agréable séjour dans le chalet a Neuleutasch

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce chalet. Il est très bien situé l'écart de la route donc très très calme. C est spacieux ce qui n est pas courant dans le secteur, un peu vieux (les fenêtres) mais très charmant. La literie et les oreillers et couettes sont impeccables. La terrasse couverte est très agréable. La cuisine est petite et n est pas très équipé, mais c et plutôt courant en Autriche.

Idyllische Lage im Grünen

Die Wohnung hat eine traumhafte, weil ruhige Lage im Grünen. Wir haben die große Terrasse zum Frühstück genossen. Man ist schnell in Seefeld und Leutasch und kann von dort zahlreiche Aktivitäten starten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist vollständig, allerdings ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bad und Küche sind deshalb etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und bestimmt nicht jedermanns Sache.

Perfekt für eine kurze Auszeit

Trotz schlechtem Wetter waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt rundherum zufrieden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Garten bot unseren Sohn und unserem Hund genug Gelegenheit, Energie rauszulassen und der Ofen hat geholfen, alle danach wieder zu trocknen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
