Gemütlich, geräumig und mit einem tollen Ausblick. Alle notwendigen Geräte sind in vollem Umfang und auch funktionierend da. Das einige kleine Manko was vielleicht zu erwähnen ist, wäre die eher etwas zu niedrige Raumtemperatur - hier hilft allerdings ein zur Verfügung gestellter Heizlüfter welcher genutzt werden darf.
