Modern Apartment "Habicht" with Wi-Fi, Garden and Terrace

  • The modern holiday apartment "Hachicht" with a fantastic view of the mountains is located in the quiet Mühlbachl and is ideally located to explore the area. The barrier-free apartment consists of a living/dining area (with a sofa bed for 2 persons), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 persons. Furthermore Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a baby bed, a cot and a high chair are part of the amenities. The apartment also features a garden shared with the house and a private, furnished and covered terrace with a barbecue. In addition, a ping pong table, a billiard table, a table football and a dartboard are available in the common room for your entertainment. The nearest supermarket is 1.2 km away from the property (3 minutes by car). Right next to the apartment is the Molinero restaurant, which is run by the home owners; breakfast can also be served here. The apartment is also an excellent starting point for excursions within Tyrol. It is located directly at the protected landscape area "Serles - Habicht - Zuckerhütl", here you can go hiking or pilgrimage to the Sanctuary Maria Waldrast (4,4 km). In winter, several ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. A day trip to Innsbruck is also worthwhile, the city is reached in only 28 minutes by car (23 km). The nearby Ski areas are: "Bergel alm" 5 Km (small and family-owned), "Serler Bahnen" 10 Km. The "Serler Bahnen" has also got a Sommerrodelbahn/ Summer toboggan run.



    A Ski bus is free of charge and departs 500m away from the property. On request, the homeowner may offer to drive guests to the Ski lifts directly but, this must be organized on-site and is not always available.
