This Luxury Townhome on 4th Lake in the Adirondack Mountains, features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, Great-room with a wood-burning fireplace and upper & lower decks. The 28 acre, private community hosts an indoor heated pool & spa open, year-round, 1300ft sand beach, 3 tennis courts, a volley-ball court, lakefront gazebo on the point with panoramic views and direct access to snowmobiling on 4th Lake and Trail #5\. The town of Inlet, NY is a 0.5 mile walk, on a paved sidewalk from our property. There you will find a beautiful park, grocery store, hardware store, gift shops, library, ice cream stand and much more! This is the perfect Family Resort.  
  
Winter in Upstate New York offers diverse outdoor activities, especially in the Adirondack towns of Old Forge, Inlet, and Eagle Bay. Enjoy skiing at McCauley Mountain or cross-country skiing and snowshoeing at Fern Park and Adirondack Woodcraft Camps. Known as the 'Snowmobiling Capital of the East,' our region features 500 miles of groomed trails. #### Beautiful place have stayed there and will stay there again.

Awesome spot. Had to deal with mice this time. Caught three in the kitchen while we were there. Woke us up in the middle of the night in the kitchen garbage can. Told the people at check out and all they said was lots of people have mice this year. Other than that the people did a great job decorating F3\. We love Rocky Point and can’t wait to stay there again.
