It comprises a large 48 m² living room (with fireplace), fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a huge garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: \- A 48 m² cathedral-style living room with sofas, fireplace (wood provided), TV, etc. \- A fully-equipped kitchen including a working fireplace, electric kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine and Nespresso pod coffee machine... \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (140×200) with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC. \- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) with en-suite bathroom and bath \- 2 separate WCs \- 1 shower \- Under the stairs: 1 cleaning room with hoover, ironing board and iron. \- Behind the kitchen: 1 utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes line and broom cupboard First floor: \- A study/library area on the mezzanine overlooking the living room. \- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190). \- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190). \- Bedroom 5: two single beds making a double bed (160x190). \- Bedroom 6: two single beds (80x190). \- Bathroom with shower. \- Bathroom with bath. \- Separate WC. The house is surrounded by woods ideal for walks and relaxation, with only the sound of birdsong to keep you company. All the essential shops are just 15 minutes away. Activities : The green and undulating commune of Inguiniel, separated from north to south by a good fifteen kilometres as the crow flies, offers all walkers paths, undergrowth, forests, hamlets and villages, farms and passages on the banks of the Scorff through which it is pleasant to venture. \- The beaches are a 40-minute drive away. \- The communal forest of Lann Bourgeol is home to an orienteering course. \- Kayaking on the Blavet. \- Lorient, a city of art and history and France's second-largest fishing port, is a 30-minute drive away. Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. However, the property was not clean. The kitchen worktop was cluttered with unclean gadgets with an extension cable and wires everywhere that obviously didn't pass any safety checks. There was opened food in the fridge (including mayonnaise), goodness knows how long it had been there. There was a lot of food in the freezer some with dates on of over 2 years old. The bedroom had an infestation of wood beetles, which were also apparent throughout the house. The wardrobes were unusable due to being unclean but littered with insect repellant tablets, the medicated smell was awful, rendering the wardrobes unusable, we had all our clothes hung up in the bathroom upstairs. The downstairs bedroom door and windows had gaps where the insects came in, sealant has been used very messily to try and fill up the chunks of wood eaten by the insects. The grass had not been cut for our arrival and was therefore uncomfortably long half way through our stay. We were not told how to use the oven, filter, TV, or any gadgets. The pool cover was not working for our whole stay - the pool lost all its heat overnight and was not comfortable enough to swim in until mid-late afternoon. We also had to clean it out every morning due to the lack of a cover. This is also not in line with French law that demands a pool is fenced off or has a cover with an alarm - good job we didn't have any children with us!! ##### Marie C. Seul petit bémol, le ménage qui est fait aux endroits principaux mais pas vraiment à fond (mouchoirs et poussière sous les lits, les placards également ne sont pas propres, la piscine non plus). Environnement calme, on recommande vraiment ce havre de paix. Nous étions 13 avec les enfants et on ne s'est pas marché sur les pieds. Les seuls bémols ont été le ménage à l'arrivée et l'accueil peu avenant délégués à une conciergerie qui n'a pas été réactive sur les soucis que nous avons rencontré. Pas de recommandations sur les bonnes adresses du coin non plus... Heureusement les propriétaires ont pris le relais et eux étaient très agréables.
