Leider ist kein Platz mehr für eine Spülmaschine. Es gibt einen Balkon direkt zum See zeigend, welcher vollständig abgeschlossen werden kann. Der Wohnblock liegt nah an der Straße, es wird dementsprechend etwas lauter, wenn die Fenster offen sind. Es gibt auch einen Kickertisch. Da es im Sommer aufgrund des fehlenden Luftdurchzugs tagsüber warm wird, gibt es einen leisen Deckenventilator. Die Betten sind ganz gemütlich. Es gibt einen Waschkeller mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Die Innenstadt Brunnen ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist wunderschön. Ein Badestrand, Fitnessstudio, Supermarkt und andere Läden sind auch gut erreichbar und es gibt viele Wanderrouten und sportliche Möglichkeiten in der Nähe.
