The room was very nice, overall pretty clean and modern. Hotel common area was pretty, clearly popular as there were quite a few other travelers there. Check in process was seamless and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Limited driver accomodation is a problem that should be fixed Ability to add on breakfast seamlessly without the front desk sending you to the restaurant or asking you to ask the restaurant to post the charge to the account (ie, the front desk should take care of this all if guest is telling them to just add it all on to the credit card/payment option already in use) Every room that has two guests should automatically have two kits for each item (two soaps/shower gel/brush/comb vanity kits/hand towels) Otherwise clean experience

I have already given a feedback to the hotel directly and their manager has acknowledged it too. The place is fanatastic and stay is comfortable. Two things that i didn't like were: 1. Not very welcoming on day 1. No one to welcome at the gate, someone travelling after hours of travel should be offered water or a welcome drink. We sat for couple of hours to get our room ready but no one offered a bottle of water. Not the kind of experience one expects from a 5 star. 2. Rooms need to be better sound proofed. There was a party in the banquet in the hotel and we could not sleep. Music stopped around midnight i think but as an early sleeper, we deserve peace and quiet. Overall, a good experience. I think i might visit again and hopefully it would be better next time.

Checked in in the afternoon, then stepped out for work. I had given my brother's cell no as a local contact in India. My brother got call from the hotel to confirm if I checked out at 6:30 PM. He tried reaching the hotel front desk to let them know that I have not but nobody was picking up the phone. Finally when I got back to the hotel @11:30 pm and talked with the front desk. They didn't know who checked me out or if it was a mistake or not. Also called from my room for the Wi-Fi issues and nobody returned the call. I was given the very last room on the back side of the hotel and had a view of the single storied bldg on the back side that had bunch of construction and stuff dumped. Inside of the hotel, restaurants and staff was very friendly otherwise. They even gave extended check out after 12:30 pm.

Staying at Sayaji is always a bliss

We stayed on the night of our honeymoon, absolutely love the property and the features. The suite we stayed in was fully updated and the shower was the best. I have never taken a bath in such a nice rain shower enabled bathroom. The views of the city are great from most of the rooms here. Breakfast is complimentary Nd is one of thr best you can get in Indore.

A true Indore gem!

Sayaji was the epitome of hospitality. We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Indore for a wedding and just loved the amenities, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Every floor had a dedicated person for ironing clothing for the wedding, the in-room tea and coffee was excellent and the concierge on every level during normal business hours helped ensure a speedy response to most service requests. Furthermore, the arcade was great entertainment that the kids took full advantage of. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant Cravings was also very good. We didn't use the pool or any of the other dining options but they looked equally inviting. We would definitely stay here again!
