I was charged twice for this room. I asked at the front desk and he ignored me. I sent a message and received no response. I’ve called and received no response. This issue remains unresolved

Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown
Restaurant was advertised-but not much of one. There are some within walking distance. Mattress was not to my liking - but biggest complaint was parking. $52 for valet- which we did- wasnt a lot less to self park- but then when they charged us - they charged $62 I called and they said it was oversized- ...
