I will show up with the police and press charges. ($500 fine) • NO smoking inside the house or garage. Smoking outside is completely ok. ($500 fine) • NO use of firearms or fireworks on the premises. ($500 fine) • All damage will be considered intentional/reckless if not reported via email/messenger or phone. • No pets on the furniture please. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. Owners are responsible for pet damage. •A determination will be made as to whether any damage was intentional/reckless or accidental. Guests will accept responsibility for any non-accidental issues and will be charged for compensation. Shit happens and we are not here to nickel and dime you. This is meant for reckless activity. • No bookings for guest under the age of 25 • You are limited to the number of guests on the reservation plus 2\. Our cleaners will take any unopened food, beer, or water. 5\. Towels (Optional but Appreciated) - If possible, please start a load of used towels in the washer. Use bleach on white loads only and use laundry detergent, and run the washer on hot. 6\. Early Checkout - If you check out early, please send us a message so we can send our cleaners over.
