Top Floor Loft by Convention Center Smart Home

After a $100k renovation, this home is made specifically for short term rentals.

The Space:
Note: The couch does not pull out. The unit is getting a major update of January 2024. Each room has a TCL TV.

Smart Home - Control 6 sets of LED lights to to have some fun. Control the fire place and the thermostat via Alexia.

Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom is right off the entrance hallway. The room can be entered through the attached bathroom or a separate door. The bedroom is on the inner side of the condo with no windows (a very quiet sleep). The bathroom has a door to the bedroom and to the common space in case guest (guest you brought with you not random guest) want to use without entering your bedroom. Or guests can lock the bathroom from the main living space and use their bathroom for the trip as a in suite bathroom. The Bathroom is freshly renovated with an awesome shower system.

Bedroom 2 - Two queens via bunk bed style right off the kitchen or use the second door from the living room. The bedroom has a bathroom located in the room. The bathroom has a stand up shower. The room is private on the inner side of the condo with no windows for a quiet sleep.

Bedroom 3 - 4 Queen beds via bunk bed style with an attached bathroom. No ladder required via easy steps up.

Bedroom 4 - Loft via a ladder that over looks the entrance. A twin bed.


Just because we allow a certain amount of people to stay and sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions.

Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days.

Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 feet.

Getting Around:
You can walk almost anywhere. Pacers bike share and Uber are other options. The main downtown bus station is 2 blocks walking. Bird and Limes are all around.

This was a great place to stay for a weekend out on the town. It is not only beautiful but also is ideally located right in the heart of downtown. Check-in to check-out, was a breeze!! Will definitely stay there again!!

Perfect Space for Staff Getaway!

Our team was attending a tradeshow at the Indianapolis Convention Center, we had plenty of room to spread everyone out comfortably and enjoy time together. We parked our vehicle on Wednesday and did not have to utilize it until we left on Friday. Everything is within walking distance, food, entertainment and the convention center. Very nice stay! The elevator was out of service so we definitely got our steps in and were reminded how out of shape we are! Haha! Would definitely stay again with staff, friends or family for a nice weekend getaway!

Stayed for the Big 10 basketball tournament. Couldn’t have been closer to the venue which made the walk easy for the elders in our group. Cozy, up to date condo has everything we needed for a great 5 day weekend!!

Our stay at the lofts was absolutely perfect. The location was AMAZING. We walked everywhere, the loft itself was super cute! The only complaint we had, was that the microwave did not work. But overall worth it and hope to be back!

Lovely and secure loft only 5 minute walk to Convention Center

Our family stayed for 5 days for a basketball tournament at the Convention Center (5 minute walk). Fantastic location with great restaurants and easy, included parking garage. We swung by Whole Foods (1 .4m) on way (Krogers too). Closest restaurant (same block) is District Tap…menu is broad and takeout is easy. Georgia Grind is less than a block away for amazing coffee. The dartboard and poker table allowed us many Cricket and Rummy matches. We will be back.

Cool condo at the center of the wholesale district

This condo was very comfortable and a lot of fun for myself, my husband, SIL and her husband. We were in town for a memorial held on the Sunday but were able to enjoy the days surrounding by making a long weekend of it. The downtown is hopping on Saturday night ie very loud and active but not to a point that it was bothersome with the windows shut. We were there on a Sunday night also, which was nice for visiting the downtown when it was a little calmer. The hallway is quite dark outside the condo. The Homewood suites valets were very helpful when we tipped them with letting us unload (and giving us helpful hints re entry and the area). The parking wasn't too far away though we had a challenge leaving the parking deck when we were headed out the same time the Fever game let out. The couch was very comfortable, as were the beds. The space was very cool in general. The shuffleboard made for a fun night in for us on Saturday night.

This was the perfect location for my best friends bachelorette party. It is within walking distance of mini restaurants, bars, and activities, close to the mall. There is a parking garage near by which was easy to get to. The manager was very helpful with easy to understand check in and out directions. The property was clean and well taken care of.

Perfect location, roomy and comfortable.

This was the perfect location for staying near Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The Condo was comfortable and lots of room. You get so much more but spend the same if staying in a hotel. This is my second time staying at one of their properties. I will continue to book with them every time I come to Indianapolis.

Great other than

Great location! The only major problem we had was we didn’t use the condo the first night because we didn’t get the key code until after 6:30PM. With little kids, that just doesn’t work. The main toilet was not able to be used at all and was clogged upon arrival and over flowed. Austin didn’t seem to care. We had to be extra quiet to use our kids room bathroom, since they went to bed before us adults. The location you truly can’t beat! I would just hope in the future we don’t give up a night because we can’t get in the place we paid two nights for.

Volleyball tournament stay

Needed a place downtown that was with in walking distance of convention center and was affordable and accommodate a teenager with her own space and bathroom. This was a home run! Place was just like pictures. Austin was readily available if needed and checked on us daily. The free parking spot in garage that comes with rental was a huge bonus. Safe area and security entrance made us extremely comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again for future trips.
