Located only 5 miles from Downtown and close to all the cities main attractions like Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Convention Center and The Lucas Oil Stadium. We really hope you enjoy your visit! \*\*Long driveway- parking available for trailers/sprinters/large vehicles\*\* Newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms well stocked with all hotel amenities (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, tooth paste, razors, make up remover and shower caps), plenty of fresh clean towels and a lovely jacuzzi on the master bedroom, spacious kitchen equipped with all the basic utensils (dishes, pots, pans, silverware, rags and cleaning supplies), basic condiments also regular coffee, sugar, creamer, 2 living areas and one of them with a pull out couch as another sleeping option, 2 flat screen TV\`s and high speed WIFI also a huge back yard with a large deck. Guest will have access to the entire house. Please make your self comfortable like it\`s your home away from home! \*\* NO PARTIES/EVENTS\*\* Our guest have their own space. They will not be bothered for anything. If they need assistance or have any questions they can contact me at anytime and I will be more than glad to help them out. Since our house is booked most of the time (which is great), we would greatly appreciate if you could let us know an approximate check-in/ check-out time or the day of your departure just a brief message saying you have left. This would help us on getting the house nice and neat for the next guest. However, it will not affect our standard check in or check out. If you need some extra time the day you\`re checking out please let me know in advance, I would love to help with any special request if at all possible. You do not have to worry about parking! This is not a house for gatherings, events, or any type of parties. Smoking is not allowed in our home. Please be respectful. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $100 charge. We went to the Eucharistic Congress held at Lucas Oil Stadium. The house was less than 15 minutes away from the stadium. Beds were very comfortable. The Not as Good: If I’m being perfectly honest though, a few things could be better. The furniture is a bit uncomfortable in both sitting areas. We were there for (3) days so we became intimate with the seating arrangements. For older guests, it would be nice to have instructions on how to watch normal TV. Seemed as if you had to have your own Hulu, ESPN, YouTube TV, etc account to be able to watch anything. Was frustrating. Also, it had rained for a few days prior and the home smelled very musty. I’m sure it’s much better under dry conditions. Overall, pleased with the stay but want an honest review out there for others to see. ##### Chad S.
