Great place!

The place is great for a weekend for a football game! It’s close to the stadium and the zoo. The host was very helpful and quick to respond when I sent a message. I would book here again next time!

Lovely stay

Easy check in and check out. There was one minor glitch that was corrected immediately by the property manager. Very comfortable house in a great location. This was the second time I have stayed here and I hope to stay again.

Very convenient location

We stayed here to be near the Indianapolis Convention Center. Only 9 minutes away. Very clean place, accurate description, and great communication with the owner.

We loved this home so much!! Everything inside is new & so nice. It’s such a cozy place where we felt right at home. Jim couldn’t have been a better host….super accommodating, always quick to respond to questions & a very genuinely kind man. We couldn’t have asked for more! Definitely recommend - 5 stars!!

Perfect Staycation

This was the cutest little but big house! Plenty of room for me but also plenty of room for more guests. It was very clean and decorated beautifully! Perfect Downtown Location!!

Walking distance to downtown Indy

The house is as listed and communication with Jim was very easy. We went for a Colt's game and walked to the stadium in about 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what I Wanted

I would give a higher rating for ease of check in, check out and communication with manager if that was possible. This place was comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. Hope to stay again.

Very cozy

Very cozy place, easy to find and close to uber into town for events. Comfortable beds and pillows, quiet location, spacious and clean. Only down side for 5 stars was we couldn’t start the laundry when we left due to no soap to wash linens, but that has nothing on our end of the stay. Just wish we could have helped in that manner. Other than that it was a great stay. No issues.

Clean property!

The host, Jim was very responsive and he made sure our stay was comfortable and safe! The place was really clean and very cute. My kids loved it the moment we walked in. It’s only 5-6 minutes from downtown- and it’s near highway
