Newly renovated carriage house in one of Indy`s favorite historic neighborhoods! Luxurious, light filled, modern apartment perfectly suited for a short getaway or longer stay. Take a short stroll to our friendly neighborhood coffee shop, ice cream parlor, brewery or restaurants. Private entrance and free, off street parking provided for one vehicle. Friendly reminder that we have a strict no parties and no smoking inside policy

Get your creative juices flowing in our literary themed space. Enjoy your coffee and a good book on the private balcony or watch the birds and squirrels frolic in our favorite tree. Soak all your cares away in the hot tub, we keep it on year round. Take a short climb to the loft for some classic Nintendo video games or a refreshing nap! Note-sorry but we DO NOT have a washer and dryer.

We have one free off street parking space that is right beside the Loft. To be clear, it is a small parking space. If you would have a large vehicle, feel free to park on 20th street and walk down the alley. Please, do not park in the alley.

Our space is self check in; we are available and more than happy to give you the grand tour if you would like!

We do offer early check-in and late check out. It is $25 per hour, up to two hours. Please check with me to confirm that we can make it work for your stay. Thank you!

Quiet, family friendly neighborhood on one of the city`s favorite streets. Minutes from everything Indy has to offer! Access to the Loft is through the alley between Talbott Street and Delaware Street.

Our Loft is above the garage, behind our house. It’s a small space that we tried to make the best use of. We think you will love it but just remember that the parking space is small. If you would have a large vehicle, feel free to park on 20th street and walk down the alley.

You will access the Talbott Street Writers Loft through the alley between Talbott Street and Delaware Street. The door to the loft is inside the fence, right by the hot tub. Please, do not walk through our neighbors yard. If you need to order food, please tell them to deliver through the alley.

No parties and no smoking inside. There will be a $500 charge for each violation.
