We were there in January on an extremely cold weekend, so the beautiful large windows although let in amazing light, it was cool in the main living space. Had a little trouble getting in the door with the code only because the sun was shining on the keypad and I couldn’t see the check mark and didn’t know I was supposed to push it after entering the code. Only other complaint is that the online listing said there was a hot tub and there is not. We probably wouldn’t have had time to use it anyway. The photos don't really do it justice. This was probably the nicest rental we've booked in the last several years. My wife has a lot of environmental sensitivities - to smells, mold, certain types of cleaning products, noises, etc. - so booking rental units is always a crapshoot for us, and there have been cases where we had to leave a unit before the booking was complete. But we had zero environmental issues with this unit. So if you're in that same boat as us, you should be able to book with confidence! There was a little bit of traffic noise from the nearby interstate, but it's only noticeable when you are on the balcony. Which we fully recommend, by the way, ending our evenings by sitting on the balcony looking at the Indy skyline was a highlight for us. The kitchen was amazing too, we didn't cook anything on our trip, but this would be a great rental if you are planning to make meals. We were in town for a 3-day event in Fountain Square, which was about a 12 minute walk from the apartment, but it was a very pleasant walk past numerous shops and restraurants, so we enjoyed it. We aren't usually spooked by this sort of thing, but nevertheless walking back through the neighborhood late at night still felt safe. I only have nice things to say, we're already hoping to book the same unit if we come back for the same event next year. ##### Gary J. Beds were very comfortable and host offers plenty of blankets, towels, coffee, etc. The description does list a futon but its actually a regular couch that could sleep two kids or one adult comfortably. We could have used a better skillet, but we made do with what was available. The home was cute and cozy, with great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host and locals in the area were kind and helpful. We also loved the option of the wine available for purchase in the house.
