"Clean rooms, kind staff! Good breakfast and great staff cleaning up as people left the food area and asking if everything was good!! Would stay again!"

"Excellent after hours service for both check-in and valet parking. The staff were extremely welcoming. The room was very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel clearly takes a lot of pride in being part of local history and of the community. The Bottleworks neighborhood location is convenient for Indianapolis and also a cool spot that is rather quieter but still has decent amenities. I would definitely return and recommend. "

"Not sure why we were charged an extra $50 upon check in. There was no carts for unloading and the front desk made no action to find one. She continued to play on phone. The tile in the shower was cracked. Maintenance did at some point try to fill it but did do with gray caulk instead of white. It makes it appear dirty. Breakfast was amazing!"

"It was the worst. There was loud music outside the window all night, the staff did nothing about it. The toilet was broke, the staff did nothing. When a new room was request they said they could not accommodate, because the manager was not there. We were told we had to”catch the manager because she did not come in at a scheduled time. I left a message for her to call me, she never followed up. When we were preparing to leave the cleaning staff came in took our food, beverages and personal objects that we were packing in the car and said they thought we left. We had not checked out or turned in keys. As a matter of fact we still had a day on our reservation. Very poor quality hotel for such a nice city."
