I understand that most hotels are allowing dogs. We were eating breakfast and there was a dog in the dining area. There was a huge dog near the reception counter and it spotted the smaller dog in the dining area. It started growling and the smaller dog started barking. It was unsettling. I’m not a fan of allowing dogs in hotels.

Your Hilton employees have been helpful well beyond their required duties. I’ve been left stranded by Enterprise Rental till tomorrow and the broken rental vehicle rolled into one of your fences on its own. Police report was filled out. Staff has been super helpful on all shifts helping me find local resources. I’m still stuck 4 hours away from my family and it’s been a pleasure doing business with your hotel.

Staff was helpful and fast with any requests. Wanted another pillow, and it was brought to my room immediately and the hotel was very busy for a tournament that was in town. We needed scissors. Immediate help. Needed nail clippers. Immediate help. It was very clean, and I'm picky. I would definitely stay again.

I liked check in and check out, very fast and easy. Breakfast was good, but not a lot of hot options. The breakfast area was big and clean. The rooms were modern, big and clean. Our room was on the backside of the hotel and we could hear the highway, but it didn’t bother me too much. The beds and pillows were firm. Overall would stay here again.

Good place for the night, but...
This was a nice place to pull off for night. A comfy bed and always love having Netflix available in the room Unfortunately we noticed that the TV was crooked and there were sticky rings on the desk like someone had set their soda on there. Not a huge deal for us. We wiped up the stains and dealt with the crooked TV. Considering the price per night, however, these things make the price we paid a little harder to swallow

The room layout was great. When you build next to an interstate it's loud with truck traffic. The breakfast was sub-par even for other Hampton's I've stayed. I went 30 minutes before my wife and nothing that i ate was even out. Slow re-loading.

The reason for my average rating is my television was inoperable for local stations and national stations. I was not interested in Netflix etc. I asked the front desk to fix the problem to no avail. If they fixed it, I was not aware of any changes. I did get one station (Fox) but that was all. In the last few minutes my stay the toilet suddenly came very close to overflowing. I will say the staff were very nice, very polite and friendly and anxious to please. Top marks! Except for the TV. One last thing: I had to have my room key replaced twice?

My girlfriend and I stayed at this location during a visit to Franklin to visit with family. The room was very nice. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom (with a nice hot shower), and free Showtime! Breakfast was really good with a nice variety of different foods. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Much less congested than downtown Indy.
