Welcome to Indy! We love what we do and are honored to host you!

This suite we've nicknamed "The Metropolis" is 10 minutes from the Indianapolis Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Fantastic Delicious Restaurants as well as excellent tourist attractions. We offer Free private parking with room for 4 vehicles directly behind the apartment! The Metropolis is also Incredibly spacious with plenty of space for air mattresses.

The Space:
This Apartment is perfect for anyone looking to visit the heart of downtown and live like a local. It has a beautiful atmosphere and provides more privacy than your normal hotel stay. You'll have a lot more space to stretch out and relax. You deserve to relax! This apartment is a quick 10 min drive to the convention center, Lucas Oil Stadium, & Bankers Life Fieldhouse. You are within reach of everything downtown has to offer without the hustle and bustle of the busy city. The shopping is amazing with one of the biggest malls in the State "The Circle Center Mall" which houses the Regal Cinema Movieplex with a connecting parking garage. We also provide you with free private parking directly behind us. You have at your disposal a full kitchen, Living room & Master bedroom. You also have fast and easy self check in so you may come at the best time that suites you and your travel needs, no need to check in with me. Most guest love how cute and relaxing the tiger suite is with all the best amenities you need such as fast wifi, A smart Roku TV with access to free Netflix and Hulu, as well as fluffly towels and comfy linens. Your host is very responsive and ready to help with anything you may need while you stay. We appreciate you giving us a chance to provide the best hospitality while you travel. Allow us to host a wonderful stay for you!

Guest Access:
You have your own personal porch entrance and the Entire Apartment to yourself. There is also Private Parking directly behind the Suite.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood has been reviewed by prior satisfied guest as quite. The Irvington neighborhood is older & has young families with school aged children and grandparents as neighbors.

Getting Around:
You may use Uber, Lyft or a Taxi. Renting a rental car would also give you the freedom view to all of what Indy has to offer at your own leisure. Also the bus route is a 2 min walk to the bus stop.

Surprisingly not bad
For such a cheap price, my expectations were not high. But, the place was nice inside. It’s not like the picture shows but still nice. There wasnt any water or chips for us like the picture shows. There wasnt any shampoo or bar soup. But there was hand soup. So definitely bring your own supplies. Bring your own cutlery. They were on top of the blinds being broken at the front door, which was nice. You can hear everyone outside. Someone lives above this unit, so you will hear them. You do have parking on the street and in the back. When we left a guy complained to us that we parked on the street to make sure we park in the back. Well, we shut him up real quick when we told him we were told we can park in the front or in the back. There is a little yard in the back to take your dog. All in all the place was nice. The neighbors were quiet. The neighborhood was quiet. Good job guys.

I did not like this place, there was too much noise, I was able to hear everything my neighbors did. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was really really bad, I tried working from there a couple of days and it was almost imposible. I tried using Netflix, and the control did not work.

Was in town for baseball tournament with 85 year old mother! The place was very clean and comfortable! The area was alittle sketchy! I rented for 5 nights and left after 2 with it being 2 woman 60+ we were nervous there!

Overall this was a pleasant experience. At check in we noticed that whoever cleaned it last wasn’t very attentive to details. But, the bed was comfortable (and by the front door, by the way) and the neighborhood was quiet. We had to ask for more washcloths and towels and the owners were very prompt in providing them. Good value for the money and would stay there again.

Enjoyed the space; although had trouble with the WIFI staying connected during the evening. Also, was able to hear tenants upstairs and were very loud. Did ask manager for an extended stay and they didn’t respond to request. Clean space.

Really nice place, everything in kitchen was there. Floors, bathroom and shower very clean. The shower is awesome, it is very large. Shawn the property manager is excellent. I would stay in this unit anytime.

It’s a decent house I mean the furniture was nice and everything but the back parking if you got a truck it’s hard to get into which isn’t really bad and the only other parking is on the front in the street and it gets packed. I wouldn’t say it’s a couples get away for the pure fact of it was a rough neighborhood, there was only a dead bolt on the front of the door and the screen to the window right next to the bed was bent down like someone tried getting in. Within the first ten minute of me being there, there was a crack head asking if he could mow the lawn and almost didn’t leave when I told him no. The place on the inside looked great but the shower curtain would let water get all over the floor. Overall it’s not a bad place just for the night but no where near what I’d call a couples get away.
