Host communicates quickly. Small items/needs taken care of immediately,Parking is not included. Recommend you do not park in garage across the street - park in the one across from the Hilton - on N Illinois between Market and Wabash - Market Tower Parking. There is no in and out and parking is charged every 12 hours - so be prepared. (Or at least it was that way for INDY 500 weekend.) We would definitely stay again.
